Undamaged product: The customer bears the shipping cost, and the product will be exchanged within 24 hours Return policy: It is within 24 hours of receiving the order Product in its original condition: 1- When returning any non-damaged product, i.e., in its original condition, and the customer is dissatisfied with the products, they can return it within 24 hours of receipt for local shipments, noting that return shipping fees will be deducted from the total order. 2- When returning any damaged product, i.e., in its original condition, and the customer is dissatisfied with the products, they can return it within 24 hours of receiving the order, and the customer will not bear shipping fees. Refunds for international shipments are processed within 14 days only from the purchase date. If the customer wishes to cancel the order or retrieve the product, they must notify customer service before the mentioned period expires. 3- Returned products must be in a new, intact condition and in their original packaging. 4- A return slip will be sent, and the customer must deliver the slip along with the products to the nearest authorized shipping company branch for us to return the products to our warehouses and complete the return procedures. 5- Shipping fees are non-refundable in case of return. 6- Cash on delivery service fees are non-refundable upon return.
